In keeping with how the last couple of days have been going for me, I just typed a nice big update, and promptly lost everything. Since there are only 2 computers here for a 300-room hostel, I can’t spend any time re-typing it all. With all the overland travel and whatnot, it is practically impossible to keep this thing up to date in any sort of reasonable fashion. I feel like giving up already. I will however try to do some sort of a proper update once I get to Split later today (unless more stuff goes wrong). If you’re waiting to see photos, don’t hold your breath. I seem to have lost all 130 of my snapshots taken to date…something is wrong with my camera card. Nothing, nada, empty, gone. Cara the World Traveller = tired, frustrated, lost, annoyed, hungry, photo-less. But such is independent travel….and today is a new day.
